  • Europe produced 50%+ of the world\u2019s solar panels in 2007.<\/span>
    Today: less than 3%.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    So where can Europe still be among the leaders?<\/span><\/p>

    Yes, these are defence, aerospace and high-complexity engineering.<\/span><\/p>

    These sectors won\u2019t disappear like smartphones or TVs did.<\/span><\/p>

    And that makes them central to Europe\u2019s long-term industrial strategy.<\/span><\/p>
